Hello Everyone
My name is Dale Neuls. I live with my family in Fort St. John, British Columbia, Canada. We moved here around 17 years ago from Loon Lake, Saskatchewan. Our plan at the time was to just came out here to work for the winter (the crops were not very good that year) but we never ended up going back.

A few years ago I spent some time researching the Neuls surname and posted the information that I had then on the Family Tree Makers website. Every year I get a few requests for information. This year after getting a few more requests for information I decided to do some more work on the project again. In looking at ways to go about this I found that most of the sites that had possible information were set up as Pay $$ for the information. Usually the information was not much help. This led me to think why not just set up a web site where those of us who are researching the Neuls surname could just share information we had. After a bit of research I decided to go ahead with it. The costs involved are minimal, at least they are cheaper than what Family Tree Maker wants every year. Hopefully the project will take off. If it doesn't then I am sure I'll find another use for the domain name.
As I have never had much to do with setting up web sites I did a little research and found that it is not all that hard with the newer software that is out there. So as this is my first go at this the site will probably be changing a bit every once in a while as I add new features and possibly change the way it is set up. For now I am starting off with a basic website with some forums where registered members can post and exchange information. Keep this in mind, when you register and log in as a registered user additional features will be available. For now I will be the only moderator on the forums, I can't imagine that the site will be busy enough more than one moderator. If so though I might get some of you involved. So snoop around the site and please don't be afraid to post.
